Comfortable king-size beds with elegant lighting features.
The glass bathroom design is too exposed, which felt awkward. parking was inconvenient as the nearby free option wasn't communicated well by staff, leading to unnecessary costs. I also noticed that the staff seemed inexperienced, lacking crucial knowledge about their surroundings.

great amenities but breakfast needs improvement
The location was perfect for exploring the town centre and making visits to Lourdes easy! I particularly appreciated the spaciousness of the Executive Twin Room, which provided a comfortable retreat after a day of sightseeing. The room's mini fridge was a fantastic touch during my stay, allowing me to keep drinks cool. I also enjoyed the well-designed gym facility, equipped with new gear and open early in the morning for workouts.
The breakfast could have offered more variety to truly impress.

The view of the mountains from my room was stunning, and the mini fridge was such a handy touch. I also enjoyed some much-needed relaxation with a great foot massage and time on the sun terrace. Although the parking situation was a bit tricky, it didn’t take away from my awesome experience here! 😊
